How exactly does the Bexio sync work?

Zeitweise connects to Bexio via OAuth. Contacts and projects are imported automatically. Confirmed billable time entries are transferred to Bexio as service line items. Changes in Bexio – such as new clients – are picked up on the next sync. No duplicate data entry.

Can I manage hours for multiple clients at once?

Yes. There is no limit on the number of clients. Each employee can book to any number of client engagements in a single day. Reports can be filtered to a single client or across all clients – including period-over-period comparisons.

What does the compliance dashboard cover?

The dashboard shows working hours, breaks and leave entitlements in one view. It flags violations of Swiss labour law requirements (rest periods, maximum working hours) and maintains a complete log for audits. Particularly useful at payroll time and during any official inspections.

What happens after the trial period?
